“Credit Choice” EOOD is a registered credit intermediary, as per the Law on Real Estate Loans to Consumers, in accordance with Bulgarian legislation and the implementation of Directive 2014/07 of the European Parliament.
The company specialises in collecting and comparing information and offers from all partner banks, meeting the requirements of clients, their needs and their profiles. Consultations are carried out for individuals and legal entities, covering credit products such as:
- Personal Loans
- Mortgages
- Business Loans
In connection with the rapid and dynamic development of our organisation, we are looking to hire an ambitious, creative, and responsible employee for the position of Mortgage Broker in Sofia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct meetings with potential and existing clients to gather information and prepare the necessary documentation
- Forward the required documents to various banking institutions with which the company has a signed intermediation agreement and assist the client in choosing the most suitable offer
- Monitor client compliance with the contractual relations
- Provide additional support to clients even after the disbursement of the credit products
- Exhibit proactivity in acquiring new clients
- Attract new clients and expand the user base
