Since 2007, I have been developing my professional career in sales and customer relations. Over the years, I have gained extensive experience in communication, building trust, and identifying the most suitable solutions tailored to each client’s individual needs.

In my role as a credit consultant, my primary goal is to carefully understand the client’s objectives, financial capabilities, and concerns. I believe that a sound financial decision begins with an open conversation and clear information. Therefore, I approach every consultation with attention to detail and a commitment to offering a solution that is truly appropriate for the specific situation. Part of my job is to make the application process as clear and convenient as possible, assisting my clients at every step—from the initial consultation and comparison of options to the successful finalisation of the loan.

I am proficient in French at a B2 level, which allows me to work with French-speaking clients and assist them in navigating the Bulgarian banking environment.
